Bear fire update

***#NorthComplex UPDATE – 6:00PM***

#SheepFire remains active, but not moving as aggressive as the past several days. Due to good weather conditions, air resources have been utilized to assist ground crews in making good progress with their control lines. Multiple VLATS have been flying over the fire and making retardant drops.

#ClaremontFire has been burning on the south side of the Feather Drainage and continues to move in a North/Northeasterly direction. Firefighters have been able to make access to the fire that crossed Highway 70 and are working to put in direct line.

#BearFire remains active and burning in all directions. A limited number of personnel have been assigned to this fire to scout out areas to control the fire once more resources become available.
